Upgrading Your Plan

How does the billing work?

We only charge for the days the service is used. When upgrading an account for the first time, you'll be charged for the whole month immediately. However, if the subscription is canceled at the middle of the billing cycle, a prorated credit will automatically apply which can be used by the other accounts or pool under the organization.

Note: If a refund is needed, email us at support@mailflow.io. Please be advised that there will be a 5% fee from Stripe when processing refunds.

What's included in each plan?

By default, a new account will be on a 14-day trial. Before the trial ends, the plan must be updated to continue warming up the inboxes.

Free Package

  • Non-QuickMail Users - 100 inboxes and 5 auto-warmer emails per day
  • Paid QuickMail Users - 100 inboxes and 30 auto-warmer emails per day. (Please reach out at support@mailflow.io to increase your auto-warmer limit)

Silver Package

  • 100 inboxes and 30 auto-warmer emails per day
  • Blacklist monitoring and technical checks for SPF and DKIM

Gold Package

  • 100 inboxes and 50 auto-warmer emails per day
  • Blacklist and technical checks for SPF and DKIM
  • Access to add a Google OAuth client for adding inboxes

How to upgrade your plan?

  1. Go to a Pool → Settings → Billing/Plan → Choose Plan
