Adding Outlook Inboxes

To get started, go to your Pool, click Email addresses, and click Add inbox.

I have access to the inbox

Click Continue under I have access to the inbox if you have the app password of the inbox that you're trying to add.

Click Continue with Microsoft and it will automatically load whichever inbox is logged on to your browser.

It will redirect you to Microsoft where you can enter the email address of the inbox that you want to warm up.

Finally, allow permissions by clicking Yes.

I don't have access to the inbox

If clients don't want to share their login and password, click continue under I don't have access to the inbox.

Then, it will generate an invite link.
Copy that and forward the invite link to the client so they can add their own inbox.
